SECRET® - Radio Frequency Micro Needling

SECRET RF is the ideal platform for scar revision, skin tightening and rejuvenation by utilising minimally invasive micro-needles to deliver controlled RF energy with both INSULATED and NON-INSULATED micro needles directly into various depths of the skin.

• The Secret Micro-Needle Fractional RF System is the ideal technology for skin lifting, tightening and rejuvenation by utilising minimally invasive micro-needles to deliver controlled RF energy directly into various depths of the skin.
• It has had outstanding success for all skin types with very low risk of side effects and PIH – a key difference when compared to optical based treatments (IPL & Laser).
• The depth of penetration of the micro-needles can be adjusted from 0.5 to 3.5mm based on treatment target areas with outstanding end results such as skin lifting, pore-size reduction, tightening and overall rejuvenation.
• Indicated for various conditions like hyperpigmentation, deep and shallow wrinkles, acne and acne scars.
• The RF energy is delivered through the focused tip of the micro-needles, leading to far-less trauma to the surrounding epidermis. This leads to significantly decreased discomfort and down time for the patient compared to conventional fractional lasers.
• Non-insulated micro-needles are more effective and takes care of both epidermal and dermal problems without the need for additional superficial fractional RF treatments (SFRs).
• Various type of disposable tip cartridges are available depending on specific cases:
  • Non-insulated single row 10 needles cartridges for stretch mark
  • Insulated single row 6 needles cartridges for hyperhidrosis (that require to coagulate in the dermis / subcutaneous tissues with minimum of down time)
• The precisely arranged micro-needles (25/10 per head) emit RF energy in finite areas without overlap, so that the coagulated thermal zones are uniform within the treatment area.
• High energy can be applied to the target tissue without any risk of energy interference caused by overlapping of RF energy in the close distance.

The SECRET will flash a red light once RF energy is emitted. This light will automatically come on at each operational step to ensure that practitioners are aware that RF energy is being delivered.

• In addition, each disposable sterilised tip has an automatic sensing function which records and provides a signal when it is time to replace (after 1,000 shots) in order to prevent diminished effect by continued usage in single sessions requiring more than 1,000 shots (very rare).
