Photorejuvenation (IPL)
IPL treatment is the use of intense pulses of light at certain wavelengths to break down cells, allowing them to be reabsorbed by the body. This gives the skin a renewed and more youthful appearance. The procedure is generally harmless and totally non-intrusive.
It starts with a cold gel applied to the area to be treated. Because we are using bursts of light, dark glasses are worn to protect the patient’s eyes.

Lasers can also be used to remove unwanted tattoos.
Tattoo ink is made of tiny particles which sit under the skin. Some of these ink particles are small enough for your white blood cells to eliminate, but most of them are too big.
Using a focused laser treatment, we can break up the large ink particles, allowing your body to absorb the pigment and remove it from your body naturally.
The Lumenis M22 is particularly good at removing darker ink pigments, such as black and blue.
